Jacob was born about 1808 in PA and Harriet was born Oct 1826 in Ohio. This is based on the 1850 census.On the IGI I found their marriage on 18 June 1846 at Erie County. Jacob may have had a first wife named Phebe.On the 1850 census Jacob and Harriet are at Berlin Twp with children Dennis, Ephriam, Horace and Samuel. Jacob died in about 1857 in Erie. Jacob and Harriet had Ralph Smith in 1853, Ellen in 1855 and Charles in 1857. Harriet ended up in MN. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Chris
