Albert Wobser age 20 immigrated, 1861, leaving from Bremen. Arriving N.Y. Along with him was a female named CAROLINE WOBSTER aged 49. Shown as a relative not wife or sister. Page 153 states that WOBSTER, ALBERT, born in Pobrow, District of Rommelsburg, Pomerania: joined the 6th Pomeranian Infantry Reg.#49:siege of Paris, discharged 1872. September-----. Distinguished service award 1870-1. WOBSTER, HERMAN, born(same place) entered service in 1878 in the 8th Pomeranian Inf. Reg. # 61 in Thoren, discharged 1881.
