Yes, they do get answers, and I have seen many questions answered over my time on the list. The key is to be patient. Sometimes the information is not out there right away, and as the messages are all archived, it is possible for someone later to view it and contact you directly! However, if you want to unsubscribe, you must do it yourself by sending your email to [email protected] and typing only the word unsubscribe in the body. It is very sad that you feel the list members do not answer posted messages. As you can see by the To: and CC: lines, when I answer , I send it to the list with a CC copy to the person asking for information. Over the past three months, I have completed lookups and research for 17 individual requests. At the present time, I can not recall what your question was but most likely it was something I could not answer. Therefore I didn't answer. There are so many wonderful members on this list that take their time to research and help others. If you do not feel there is value in being a member of this list, then it is your choice to unsubscribe. I wish you well in your research. Not much at all to go on. The only information I could locate on the Wildermuth Club was the location of their meetings. In the Sandusky City Directory for 1916, the Wildermuth Club is listed at 239 E Market Street. I will continue to search for any and all information at the library.
