Good evening Listers! I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find information on the sailors and ship builders out of the Port of Huron in the 1840's. It would appear that my BLOOMER/NELSON family where ship carpenters and sailors on the Great Lakes first out of the Port of Huron and later in the 1850's out of the Port of Detroit.
