Chapter, OGS on Feb 08, 2003. Janis thought she had seen birth records with parents listed as Henry Neal and Elizabeth Jerome at the Probate Court. I am trying to locate the birthplace and parents of Henry W. Neal and Angeline Pettit. Also the date and location of Henry and Angelines' marriage. I know there has been severe weather in your area and it may have effected travel to perform research. This a follow up to see if further research is still planned.
