I never get an attachment. But my provider is AOL. Maybe Juno changes mail to an attachment if it exceeds a certain size. I don't really know. Sorry I can't be of more assistance. Peggy

    3. It most likely depends upon the program that you use to handle your email. I use Outlook and it puts the emails in attachment form. I don't like it but I like Outlook so I have learned to live with it.
