The Lorain County Chapter of Ohio Genealogical Society will meet on Monday, August 9 at the Carlisle Visitor Center, Lorain County Metro Parks, 12882 Diagonal Road, LaGrange, Ohio. The Chapter is pleased to welcome the ever popular Eli Beachy as the guest speaker.  Mr. Beachy, a retired farmer and carpenter, is now an educator, newspaper columnist, author, and Civil War Historian.   Mr. Beachy will educate and entertain with his program, "Solving a Mystery with Genealogy." Social time is 6:30PM., followed by a general meeting and guest speaker at 7:00PM. The public as always is welcome to attend.
