Hello: I have looked in the online Cleveland necrology files, and there were over 70 Davenport obituaries, but there were none for either a Joseph or an Elsa or Elsie Davenport. Are your sure they died in the Cleveland area? Also, I cannot remember the exact website, but if you type in Kanawha County West Virginia, you will find many, many links.
