The Senate Bill regarding access denial to birth certificates of persons living or dead, passed the Senate by a vote of 89-2. This information per Sen. John Kyl whom I contacted before it went to a vote. I again contacted his office yesterday and was advised there was not enough response regarding amending the bill. Thanks folks. Jack
