I was having a hard time viewing also. Once I started right clicking and saving, it made all the difference. The way I view it, I go into "start," then to "my documents". When I highlight what I want to open, I right click again on it. I then go to "open with." It gives me 3 choices, Kodak viewer, paint or windows picture and fax viewer. I pick the later, which then lets me zoom. Hope this helps someone. Jean
