I've simply been putting in 1/1/1800 as the start date and then I either leave the end date at today, or if the system seems unusually slow, I'll put an end date closer to the point in time I expect the results. I've been using 1800 as the start date because they've been updating the deeds at such a rapid pace, I didn't want to miss out on anything they may have added recently. I wonder how far back they plan to go? Sandy
