Luana, I had the same problem because the images pop up in a default Quicktime viewer on my computer, so I right click on the link in the second pop up window, choose "save target as" and put the image in a special folder on my computer desktop. I can open them later in my Windows98 Imaging software. You might try Microsoft's website or Wang's to download a viewer. Good luck.
