    1. Re: [OHCUYAHO] Necrology File?
    2. On the subject of Cuyahoga County Necrology Films, they are paid obituaries taken from local Cuyahoga County newspapers, mostly the Cleveland Press and Cleveland Plain Dealer. Several Genealogical Societies though through the years have recorded headstone information and that info was put on index cards and filmed with the obituaries. There would be no other information on a index card reading "Cemetery information" Necrology File Reel # 042. This is simply an index card with either headstone info or cemetery info such as the place of burial perhaps birth and death dates if it's on the headstone. Of course if it said Harvard Grove with a death date or Calvary Cemetery then it would give the researcher another source to check that would yeild further information.
