Trina, Have you tried contacting the Cuyahoga County Tax Dept? When someone owns property, they have to pay taxes on it. I know in NC they have theirs on the county government web site you can access for free, and it will take you back to when the first taxes were paid on the property and who owned it at that time. Thanks for the info. I know Cuyahoga County has a property tax site but it only takes you back to the 1970s online. But I will keep the tax dept. in mind if I don't have any other luck. Thanks!
