    1. [OHCUYAHO] 1900 - 1920 STAMPO and ZOLLOTTA
    2. Vincent E. Summers
    3. Folks, This email will be moderately lengthy, in order to provide the proper scenario... Sabino STAMPO came to the Pittsburg, PA area from Italy. He made a few trips both via Castle Garden, PA, and Ellis Island, NY. In the 1900 census, he is listed as a servant in another's home. In October of 1900, he married the daughter of Ferdinand ZOLLOTTA, also an immigrant from Italy. Her name was Philomena ZOLLOTTA, but she had the knickname Maime. Now Sabino and Maime moved to Cuyahoga County, Ohio by the time of the 1910 census. He there lived under the name of Andrew. He had been naturalized, and may have chosen the name of Andrew to fit in with his citizenship. By 1920, it ought to be remarked, however, he had reverted to Sabino. By that time, too, he had moved back to Pittsburg. The couple had children: Ambrose, Alexander, and Ida. I think Sabino may have moved to Ohio because his wife's family may have moved, but I have to check for ZOLLOTA in Ohio, as of now. Suffice it to mention that I have not found the parents in Pittsburg since the couple married. Can you: 1. Tell me info you may know as a family connection, 2. Tell me info you may know because of having specific data, 3. Tell me anything you know plain and simple! Snicker... Thanks! Vince Summers
