    3. Boy do I ever need a new brain.. The name of the child born 29 Aug, 1919 and died 07 Sept. 1919 was Theodore Kollecker, fathers name was Theodore Kollecker and mothers name was Jennie Schumacher. They weren't married at the time of his birth. I know that they lived in Cleveland at the time of the birth. The other child(the injured one) was born Edward Kollecker on 29 Sept, 1922 in Cleveland of Theodore and Jennie Schumacher. I have a copy of his birth certificate and the record for a corrected name change to Elmer Henry Kollecker done on 01 Jan. 1979. He died 09 Dec, 1982 in Cleveland. I am hoping for help to find out were he was kept in his earlier years. Possibly from 1926 to mid or late 1930's. Sorry for not including this info in the earlier e-mail. Ruth

    3. Ruth I had just recently heard a story about a man that spent a short time in the 1930s in what is now the Columbus Developmental Center and then later he was sent to a facility in Apple Creek near Wooster, Ohio. Maybe one of these places can help you.
