    3. You don't mention full names; impossible to look for info without names! You state: I have an uncle who was born 29 Aug. 1919 and died 07 Sept. 1919. Then you only state: her brother (my uncle Elmer). Check http://www.ohiohistory.org/dindex/ They have Ohio death certificate Index, 1913-1944 in varies counties. It gives the Volume # & Certificate #, so you can send for one. This one is free! There is also an index: http://content.ancestry.com/iexec/?htx=List&dbid=5763&offerid=0%3a7858%3a0 for Ohio Deaths, 1908-1944 and 1958-2002 in varies counties and they also have Volume # & Certificate #, so you can send for one. You might have to be using Ancestry to get the info from this one. Additional information about obtaining death certificates is available at the Ohio Department of Health website. You can also contact the Department directly at: Ohio Department of Health Bureau of Vital Statistics PO Box 15098 Columbus, OH 43215-0098 MAIN TELEPHONE: 614-466-2531 FACSIMILE: 614-466-6604 HOURS: 7:45AM-4:30PM General Note: Please contact the Ohio Department of Health for current fees. If the http's don't work, just copy and paste them into your address bar. I have Ancestry, if you need further help, let me know.
