Please don't forget that you can go to the Alta Vista search engine, type in "translation", select the site you want to use, and put the foreign text in to have it accurately translated. I have done this when emailing someone in Germany. It was easy and quick. I also wrote my return email in English, had the Alta Vista babel site to translate it into German, then cut and pasted it into the body of the email.
