1. Re: [OHCUYAHO] Live out-of-state and need help in Cuyahoga County?Birth records
    2. Do you by any chance know where I can find a birth record of Sept. 1892 in Cleveland. His name Archie Paul Bliss but we do not believe Bliss was his real name. His mother gave him up at age one and he lived for a time at the Protestant Orphan home in cleveland. Do you know where these records might be. It is probably our only hope in finding out if Bliss was his fathers name or not. We have info it wasn't but not confirmed. Thanks Debbie

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone. Find out more about what's free from AOL at http://www.aol.com.

    3. Debbie This is a hard one. You may get some help from the Cuyahoga County Archives at http://centralservices.cuyahogacounty.us/archives/. They would have birth record indices there. Or at least maybe someone there can steer you in the right direction. We also have a family member that gave up a child at on year old in the 1940s. I would think this information would be nearly impossible to track down. Good luck!
