    1. [OHCUYAHO] coroner records

    3. If a person was born and lived in Cuyahoga county, but was visiting in Geauga county for a day, would the coroners office have a record for the death? There is no death record for this child who died in 1911. The State does not have a death record and neither does Cleveland or Geauga county. The cemetery (Calvary) will not tell me anything except to check with Geauga county where the death occurred. I have checked with them. So my question is would Cleveland have a record at the coroners office since he lived there or Geauga county since he was visiting there. Also, would there be a record with a coroners office even if a death record for the State did not exist? I have hit a huge brick wall. I'm not sure about the laws back then but it seems as though there should be a record or report of a Childs death somewhere since the child had no reported health issues. If anyone knows the phone number of the coroners office in Cleveland and Chesterfield , I would appreciate the help. Thank you so much. Cindy
