If you go to http://recorder.cuyahogacounty.us/ and go into seach database, general search and then change the dates to say 1860-1920 you'll see that in 1905 Leyshon Senior owned property with his wife Mary on Broadway. You can also download a copy of the deed and there is an earlier property he owned. In 1875 Leyshon Jr. and his wife Elizabeth sold property his father Leyshon. I would also as the archives for his will.
