As long as you only order three at a time, they are free: Microform.Center@cpl.org As far as the death certificates are concerned, to my knowledge, the $16.50 route is the only way to go for this time period if you want an actual copy of the death certificate. However, Ancestry has a database of Ohio Deaths covering 1958-2002, but if my memory serves me correctly, these aren't actual copies of the death certificate. Hope this helps.
