Can anyone help me by locating the following location in Cuyahoga County, ca 1896: "Cooper Rd., township of Euclid, Ohio, Cuyahoga Co" I have tried to identify the precise location as it relates to property owned by my ancestor. A deed filed in the Cuyahoga Co. Assessor's Office states that the property was situated on "the west bank of a creek". I am assuming that this may be a reference to "Euclid Creek". A check of the 1900 Euclid, Cuyahoga Census has not been productive. Bette Any info, thoughts or ideas on the exact location will be greatly appreciated.

Euclid Township today includes parts of South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Richmond Heights, and Lyndhurst, Ohio. I searched Google maps for Cooper Road in all of those communities and found nothing. There is a Cooper AVENUE today off East 40th Street in Cleveland but, according to the entry for Euclid Township in the Encyclopedia of Cleveland History, the Western boundaries of Euclid Township didn't go that far.
