Bob, There is a Joseph M. Gasser florist 101 Euclid Ave. in the 1900 Cleveland Directory on pg. 389 Connie
I have heard recently that my grandfather, Otto Sawyer, worked for a florist (Gasser's) in Rocky River somewhere around 1900. Is there any way of verifying Gasser's Florist, or finding information about the business? online? Bob Sawyer

I live around Fort Myers. We were without phone and electric for awhile after Charley passed through. It was like living in another time zone. Having running water was a major plus. Our damage was mostly trees with some minor damage to structure. Do hope and pray that things turn out okay for you. Peggy
Not that it is a major reference work that will tell all, but I am curious what the above publication may list for Joseph Lawson WEATHERLY. It is mentioned in connection with the boat named after him. If you have this or convenient access to this, would you be willing to look him up in it for me? Thanks, Vince Summers
