Group, Sorry I'm caused such a mess with my request for a Lookup. 1. Since this is a Clermont county List, I guess I assumed I didn't need to put that in the subject line. 2. In my "sent" messages I show Lookup on the subject line....perhaps because I have Outlook Explorer of an older version is why the subject doesn't show. 3. I, too, am hesitant about opening something; however items coming from the "list" I generally look at, though never open attachments. Sorry about the mess up, Hope this come through with the "subject" and some one can "lookup" Thanks Betty
