Bruce, thank you so much for looking up Williams for me. I have the death certificate for my grandfather. His name was Charley A. Williams. Died 11-8-1910. I can't locate his grave. There is no marker and he was buried in a "borrowed" grave. His father was David Williams, mother Fannie Windel. I don't think they were from Clermont County. I can't locate them any where. Do you know if any one kept records of location of burials before 1930? I saw where you mentioned "burial permits". What information is on them and where can they be found?
