Debbie, again sorry about the delay. I went to the cemetery and found that there are 2 Williams family plots. lot 269 has about 10 graves listed are Matthew, Charles J., infant of Flora, Byron, Purlina, Ida, Florabelle, infant of Charles, Ella, and Katherine. Of these only Ella Katherine, and Byron have headstones. Also found graves of Charles J. 1858-1928, Elizabeth Vaught 1874-1928, Nettie Mitchell 1866-1933, and Sarah A. Williams 1878-1937 these aree all on one headstone. There are 2 other graves on lot 269,maybe your Charles is in one one of them. The Cemetery didn't start to keep records until 1930.
