Debbie, As a kid my friends and I played football on the grounds of Longview. Sometimes the guards chased us out. Longview State Hospital was located on Paddock Rd between Elm Park Drive and Section Rd. Today the facility is known as Pauline Warfield Lewis Center. It is in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. I believe the zip is 45237 (at least it used to be). You should expect that death records withing the boundaries of Cincinnati to be held by the City of Cincinnati. However, since this was a state facility they may be held by the county.
