Benjamin Bealle lived across the Ohio River from Pt Pleasant,Monroe twnsp [old Ohio township] Clermont Co,Ohio and was bondsman for my George Brown [Rev] in his license to preform marriages by the new Campbell Co,Ky court. Jousha Brown,his eldest [?] son,m 1801,Alice,of Hezekiah Lindsey,in Campbell Co,Ky. Flagg Springs,very n e Campbell Co,Ky is where Beale lived,and there is a large,modern cemetary there,well tended.
For any interested there are Bealle researchers active in the Campbell Co. KY site. There was much cross river activity even though no bridge existed. In my own lines a Campbell county Truesdell was married to an Ohio Hoover. The family names White and McCollum appear on both sides of the river as well.
