I don't know about the Clermont Library but the Ohio Historical Library in Columbus has 85 rolls of microfilm of the Clermont courier as well as other Clermont Co. papers. The OHS Archives/Library contains the largest collection of Ohio's newspapers in existence-- 4,500 titles, 20,000 volumes, and almost 48,000 rolls of microfilm of Ohio titles (some microfilmed by the federally-funded Ohio Newspaper Project). They are available in the reading room at the library or by inter library loan.
