HI list Where is the best place to start looking for a birth in Clermont County abt 1888. I'm looking for the birth of a Myrtle HARRY, daughter of Cornelia Harry nee IZOD. Her birth is not to be found in the IN county where they lived so am guessing that Cornelia went home to Clermont (Williamsburg or Loveland) County to be with one of her sisters who lived there. Is it the Probate court that I need to write to? What is their address? How much does it cost? Or would it be better to write to the Genealogical or Historical society? Or someone else?
