Ripley Co., IN) son of James & Sarah WILSON-GELVIN/GELVEN m. abt. 1814 in Ripley Co., Indiana prob. son of James & Nancy GELVIN of Crawford Co., PA originally from Franklin Co., Pennsylvania. James (from Ripley Co.,) died in Clermont Co., Ohio, but his children were all born in Ripley Co., Indiana from 3 marriages. James (from Crawford Co., PA) also died in Clermont Co., Ohio. He was a Revolutionary War Vet, James from Indiana fought in the War of 1812 from Pennsylvania. Hope i have this copied correct. Could this be the Herman GELVIN you knew??? June
