Herman; Wanted to set some of this Thompson family down in some form, as you know My Alexander Thompson came from Maine, early 1800's to Clermont, after getting into the search, his sister Abigail Thomspon must have come to the area earlier as she d. in Lindale 1839 her first husband was named Ebenezer COOMBS, and then she married Samuel Tebbetts esq. he also d. in Lindale, I am not sure if Coombs d. in Oh. or Me. Andrew Coombs was one of her sons, he was a farmer and merchant in Lindale William Coombs was a Grandson also Rev Andrew Hubbard. Alex son Elisha Baker Thompson, Bethel Oh. daughter Charlotte Welch Thomspon m. Ezekiel Edwin Turner, one of their dau. Lucy Ann Turner m. Alonzo Wood- (this is the step into Walter Wood on the list ) Adeline Donahm Thompson m. Samuel Cook, so a lot of the Cooks come in here. Just like the Enos Smiths (Debbie line) Priscilla Thompson d. in New Richmond O. April4, 1819, her busband Hugh Mulloy d. 1845 inNew Richmond also. a dau. Priscilla Mulloy (Ring) after several tradigies married Rev. Daniel Parker, this the tie to Parker Acadmey. I still have a awful lot to learn, and search. but as I said I was suprised at so many being related, I know Dorothy (like my boat) is in on the Thompson line also comments and corrections are so welcome, Warrene
