Saw a couple of references to some of my kin in the original message. Cenith Boring m John Hill JR 1828. I suspect that he was a brother of my James Hill b Dec. 14, 1799. d Feb. 13. 1886, who was married to Mary Frazier b. Feb. 4, 1804, d Se[pt 9, 1888, and who were my great grandparents through my grandfather John Fletcher Hill, b,Sept 25, 1845 d. Jan. 1934 At this point in time, I don't have any information on James siblings. I do suspect that Grandpa John got his name from his grandfather John.?? Rev. Wm. J. Thompson 's son William was a Doctor and married one of James Hill's sisters, Sarah who were the parents of Dr. William Eberly Thompson, Bethel's 103 year old Doctor, the father of Winifred Thompson Davis, grandfather to Bertha Davis Eastwood. William Eberly and my Grandpa Hill were first cousins There was also another Aunt or Uncle of Grandpa Hill's as he always said that he and Dr. W.E.Thompson were double first cousins.. I am gleaning this information from Uncle Will Hill's notes, which are somewhat confusing to decipher and lack many dates. which I hope to obtain one of these days.
