I have read in some articles of a piece of Brown County E. of Felicity was at one time Clermont County. Why the change and what is the location of this area? Raised in Clermont recently moved to Brown. Believe this could be part of the territory but not sure. Also there is a very old cemetery at the bottom of Buckey RD. Just pass Utopia, Ohio. Can anyone tell me the name of the cemetery. I do know that Shinkle's were early settlers there but this looks to be more of a family plot. Haven't got to investigate yet due to dog located next to it. The cemetery seems to be un kept. Any info would be great! Hermon, calling on you again. smile.
