Sarah Derry married John Frazee in 1826. One of my "brick walls" is trying to what Frazee family John Frazee belonged. There were several John Frazees in the area at that time. Sarah reportedly died in 1843. She and John had a son Sanford Frazee. Guardianship paper were filed for Sanford in 1845. Therefore, we would think John Frazee had also died by 1845. Then again, perhaps John had remarried and couldn't keep his son. Sanford Frazee was named in the 1862 will of his grandfather, John Derry. Another daughter of John Derry was Achsah Derry who married Henry Coltar - Margaret Burbage's line. John Derry lived in Clark Twp., Brown Co., near Hamersville, "on the waters of Clover Creek" and is is reportedly buried in the Warner Cemetery. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions about John Frazee's line! I've not found anything. -Judy In a message dated 6/19/2005 5:01:00 PM Central Daylight Time, [email protected]_ (mailto:[email protected]) on [email protected] writes: Wm Parker Taylor was married into Brown Co genealogist Margaret Burbage's Derry's,and into the Frazee-Shipman's [?].
