Did I miss the article for Thomas Ballard? If so how do I access the archives. Pat

Patricia: Thomas Ballard may have served in the Revolutionary War, but he is not listed in the series of articles appearing in either the Clermont Courier or Clermont Sun in July 1885. These are the ones I have been transcribing for this list. BTW: it just occured to me that July 4 is just around the corner. This would seem to be an appropriate thing to do at this time of year.
