Jacob Jones lived perhaps 6 miles south of a Thomas West,who licved sw Bethel at Ohio Rt 222 and Poplar Creek. Jacob Ulrey,who lived 4-5 miles west of Bethel at Ohio Rt 222 s and Ohio Rt 125,had West step-children [?] Again,ma ybe 7 miles from Jacob Jones. All might have roots in Chester Co,Pa but lived elsewhere before Ohio. All above in-adjoining Tate township,CLERMONT.

Jacob Jones I was born in Wales and died 1785 in Greene Co., PA his wife was named Rebecca. Jacob Jones II was born in Wales ca 1740, his wife Sarah was also born in Wales. They were married in Montgomery Co., Pa in 1763 and both died in Clermont Co. OH ca 1815. They had 10 children.
