I'm answering a specific question, but expanding my answer to interest several of you. Rev Shane went around 1830's [40's] Ky and sw Ohio intrviewing early pioneers, and collecting records. [Besides official Presbtey records] and a portion of his collection was sold to Lyman Draper, and became my favorite portion of Draper's " Ky Papers" [microfilm or abstracts [Calandar]]. Then more of Rev Shane's collection found it's way to the Presbyterian Historical Society, Philadelphia, and 10+ years ago,a gentleman published a book ,of the abstracts of Shane's collection held in Philadelphia. So,there are two [2] ,at least ,books of abstracts,or Calandar,of what Rev Shane collected. And there are portions of the records of the early Presbyterian churches of Brown and Adams Co,Ohio in each. White Oak Presbyterian early marriages by Rev John Evans Finley, are in the Draper Papers, including Sandusky-Evans.Many more of the papers of his are also there. ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
