Can anyone give a rough estimate as to where this location might be? Clermont County, Ohio 1821 (page) 478 THIS INDENTURE made the nineteenth day of November in the Year of our lord Eighteen hundred and Twenty one between Enos PARKE of the County of Clermont and State of Ohio, Yoman, and Elizabeth his wife of the one part Robert PETERSON of the same place Cordwainer, of the other part. Whereas the said Enos PARKE being lawfully seized in fee of a certain tract of land, Situate in Said County and State aforesaid, on the waters of Cloverlick, adjoining land of George C. LIGHT and others, as will appear by deed given from G. T. COTTON, to Enos PARKE for said land, being dated October the twenty third Eighteen hundred and twenty one, recourse being had thereunto, will more fully appear. Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said Enos PARKE and Elizabeth his wife for and in consideration of a wagon & twenty eight dollars in work, paid to them or him the Said Enos PARKE by the Said Robert PETERSON, at or before the unsealing and delivery of these Presents. The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold, and by these presents doth grant, bargain & sell, convey & confirm unto the said Robert PETERSON his heirs and assigns forever, A certain lot or piece of land, at the Southern End of the aforesaid tract now this certain lot or piece of land is Situate and bounded as followeth: Beginning at a white oak and two beeches on the Southwest corner of Henry WHITINGS survey No. 561 therewith his line North 33 deg. East 104 one hundred & four poles to a maple & white oak in WHITINGS line & corner to George C. LIGHT. Thence with his line North 32 ½, thirty two & a half degrees, west twenty eight poles & Twenty two and a half links, to a stake or stone in said line. Thence South 65 degrees west or Square across Said PARKE land Seventy five poles to a Stake or Stone on The opposite line, The original line. Thence South nineteen degrees East eighty three poles & Ten links to the Beginning corner, this lot is to contain Twenty Eight acres exactly, No More Nor no less, with all the appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining thereunto Issues and Profits thereof, and all the Estate rights, title, interest, use posesion, property claim and demand whatsoever of him The Said Enos PARKE and Elizabeth his wife, in law or equity, or otherwise howsoever of in and to them hereby granted.
