    1. Re: [OHCLER] Conrad Weiser
    2. Conrad Weiser I mentioned is either a son or grandson of the Conrad Weiser, The Conrad Weiser that Herman and you are referring to is John Conrad WEISER was born in 1696 in Germany. He died on 13 Jul 1760 in Womelsdorf, PA. He was buried in His farm, Womelsdorf, PA. The Apple's, Bolander's and Shinkle's were all from this area. WEISER, CONRAD, Reading. Will dated - November 24, 1759. Will recorded: July 31, 1760. There is a book "Conrad Weiser 1696-1760 Friend of Colonist and Mohawk" by Paul A.W. Wallace, that is interesting. Andrew Apple's father Wilhelm Apple/Appel/Apfel did work for Conrad Weiser (1696-1760). The Conrad Weiser that was tax collector and Andrew fined for missing drill, was still alive during the War.
