William and Margery Wheeler there, Samuel and Frances (Tewell) Short just south, and widow (of William Short) Charlotte (Hall) Short on the 2 1/2 acres saved from old John and Mary Short Sr homeplace. The spelling is like any, depends upon the writer and the writers penmanship . The death records, Vigo Co Ind, record the info on Amanda (Wheeler) Short. Plus, as I suggest, since everyone now has access to Civil War pensions, etc, some interested party should look up her and his pension info; may be other info???? Take care. Regards, Dick
