According to Map Quest it is still saying Neilan Blvd. Also an article by Jim Blount in the Journal News on June 12, 2002 entitled John F. Neilan, father and son, served community it says this "Neilan Boulevard, Hamilton's north-south riverside drive built in the 1950's honors John F. Neilan, who contributed more than 40 years service to the community before his death in 1945. " Further on it says "When the 1913 flood divided the city, Neilan was appointed to direct affairs on the West Side, serving as military governor during the crisis. He supported formation of the Miami Conservatory District to protect the area from such disasters. As a lawyer, he worked on behalf of the conservancy in acquiring land for the district." I have another article on this as well, but as to Joe Nuxall Way, I have no idea, just going by what people are telling me and map quest:) Audra
