I looked through the pictures of Old tombstones I took in the Collinsville Cemtery. I didn't run across any Moores but there were Torbert though not Tolbert. I believe there is an old "inventory" from the Stroup work but do not have a copy. The Collinsville Cemetery is in Milford Township.
