Kathleen The WWl Draft registration card has a Charles Plinay Robeson born May 28, 1880 living on R 5 in Butler County Ohio with his wife Nan B Robeson. The card lists his occupation as telegraph operator. It says that he had gray eyes and brown hair and that he lost his left arm. What I know is that Nan Cochran was born in Butler County and graduated from Hamilton High School in 1896. It appears that she married Charles Robeson between 1910 and 1920. They lived in Hanover in the 1930 Census - no children. The last record of her being alive was in 1946 for her 50th high school reunion in Hamilton. I strongly suspect she was Catholic. This is all I can verify. I can't find census records which show her as a single woman. I don't know her date of death. Can anyone advise me how to find a marriage record and death record for her? And where is Hanover? I need to find any family she may have had and try to contact them if they still live in Butler County. Thank you.
