She was born April 26, 1917 in Dayton. She was the daughter of Albert and Jenny (Carity) Snyder. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. She is survived by a son, Bill (Fran) Courtney of Middletown; a daughter, Marilyn Watson of Middletown; two brothers, Elmer Snyder and Richard Snyder, both of Dayton; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Courtney; her parents, Albert and Jenny (Carity) Snyder; three brothers; Robert Snyder, Clarence Snyder and Raymond Snyder; and two sisters, Annette Leibrock and Alma Zimmerle. ARRANGEMENTS: Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Parish-Holy Trinity Church, with Father Charles Mentrup officiating. Interment will be at the Woodside Cemetery in Middletown. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home.
