Charles, I just clicked on the link in this rootsweb message and it took me to a militia list for Capt. John. If it still doesn't work for you, here is how I found it. I went to google and entered "Capt. John Robinson" 1812. John Robinson's War of 1812 Unit and John Lowry (died 1838 Butler County) To Carolyn Lacey: Thanks for submitting the information on John Lowry who was buried in Monroe North Cemetery. He was born Sep 13, 1779 and died Oct 20, 1838 and married Hannah. Known children were: Benjamin, William, John, Huldah, Sarah P. (md Ebenezer Johnson), Roda, Zereldah, and Richard. I feel he probably was descended from my John Lowry who died 1801 but I haven't been able to find any proof yet. To Charles: Please post the information regarding Capt. John Robinson's unit if someone sends it to you. I'm sure others will be interested as well. I will continue to search for my list also.
