BlankAgain this year I was part of the Middletown Memorial Day Parade, being a committee member, and one who drove the Grand Marshall for the Parade Robert Hale Chaplain for the Miami Valley Post 3809 of the VFW. Although it was wet and raining today, as I drove down Verity Parkway behind the American Legion Honor Guard, and the Veterans who were walking in the rain, I could hear the crowds on the sides of the road applauding these Veterans for their Service to their Country. What a wonderful sound this is. Each year I participate in this parade and I am proud and I honor all the Veterans who have served, are still serving, and those who have passed on. I especially honor my father Kenneth E Young USAF Korea, my Great Great Grandfather Francis Malott Civil War and Thomas Young Civil War, George W Long Civil War. I also honor my adopted POW/MIA's Daniel Everett Singleton USAF Akron Ohio, Russell Keith Utley USAF California. Deb Morrison
