Sorry for not responding. I am actually working on scanning the ENTIRE book for posting on a website that another woman has built. She is the same one who posted the index for the book that I built. I have over 300 of the 800 pages scanned and it will probably take another month to get it all done. I'm hoping that Nancy can get what has been scanned posted as soon as possible.
