Hi Kathryn, This was sent to me, the church was built in 1843 and the cemetery was already there. http://www.fairfield-city.org/parks/miamichapel.cfm Linda ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kathryn" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, May 19, 2005 1:05 PM Subject: Re: [OHBUTLER-L] Cemetery Question >I wonder how old this cemetery is; do you know? > > Kathryn E. Thank you, Linda; this could be it - I'll follow it up. I believe now after having been sent some information today and 1869 Plat maps that Joseph Edwards' land was probably near there, just to the east of Mariemont and Fairfax, down almost to the Ohio River and between Columbia Parkway and Madison Road. His sons owned it for a few years after he died but eventually sold it. By the 1850 Census, his wife and son were in Butler County. I appreciate your help!!!!!!
